Oregon's Political Tax Credit
Oregon offer an income tax credit to Oregon tax filers who contribute to qualify state, federal or local political campaigns like our Friends of Will Lathrop Campaign. The total credit is limited to $100 on a joint return or $50 on a single or separate return.
Please note that the current Oregon law allows individuals with an adjusted gross income of less than $75,000 -- or joint filers with a combined income of less than $150,000 -- to claim the Political Tax Credit.
